Where we ship

We ship door baskets, wreaths and sprays anywhere in the lower 48 states and Washington DC. We’re not able to ship them to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States — they travel in a carton nearly three feet long, and the freight stops making sense.

When your order ships

Every piece is designed and built by hand once you order it, so nothing ships the same day. Allow up to two weeks between placing your order and the day it leaves us. We’ll email you tracking as soon as it’s on its way.

If you need something for a particular date, email us at orders@twigs.net before you order and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

What shipping costs

Shipping is charged per piece, because each one travels in its own carton:

• $15 per piece to most of the country.
• $30 per piece to Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington.

So a two-basket order to Georgia is $30, and a two-basket order to California is $60. You’ll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

How it travels

By FedEx Home Delivery, in a carton cut to the shape of the piece. Dried and preserved florals settle a little in transit — a stem that has shifted is normal and usually rights itself with a gentle nudge.

If it arrives damaged

Email orders@twigs.net within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and one of the box, and we’ll make it right. See our refund policy for the full details.
